RK 8878 Double-Sided Mounting Tape at a Glance
The RK 8878 double-sided mounting tape is a wide-format double-sided adhesive tape with a PE foam backing as its central component. At 1220 mm wide and 100 m long, it provides an efficient attachment solution for large-format applications. Its 0.9 mm thickness and 76 mm core allow even pressure distribution and stable adhesive strength over long runs. The acrylic adhesive ensures high adhesion to smooth surfaces, while the liner and colour are black for an unobtrusive appearance.
As part of the adhesive tape / double-sided / foam tape category, the mounting tape is particularly suitable for applications requiring an even adhesive area, good gap filling and robust durability. The PE foam structure helps protect against vibrations and gives the components being attached a gentle contact feel.
Suitable for Assembly Applications
