RK 885 Double-Sided Mounting Tape at a Glance
The RK 885 double-sided mounting tape is a double-sided adhesive tape with a PE foam backing and an acrylic adhesive, supplied with a silicone paper liner. It is suitable for attaching components on both sides to smooth surfaces and combines adhesion, conformability and easy handling.
With a width of 500 mm, a length of 50 m and a thickness of 0.8 mm, the tape fits many assembly scenarios. Its core measures 76 mm and its colour is white.
Applications for Double-Sided Mounting Tape
This tape is particularly suitable for applications where components or panels need to be attached on both sides without drilling. The PE foam conforms to irregular surfaces and provides even adhesion, while the acrylic adhesive provides reliable adhesive strength on many substrates. The silicone paper liner allows clean removal and prevents unintended sticking while components are prepared.
