RK 8610 Double-Sided Adhesive Tape at a Glance
The RK 8610 is a double-sided adhesive tape made from acrylic foam with a modified acrylic adhesive. The red PE liner is easy to remove. Its dimensions are 800 mm wide and 330 m long, with a thickness of 1 mm and a core of 76 mm. This gives it high load-bearing capacity and a long service life.
The tape's transparency allows unobtrusive bonds, while its resistance to ageing, moisture resistance and chemical resistance increase durability in demanding environments. Its temperature resistance from -40 °C to +100 °C (briefly 160 °C) covers common industrial processes.
Suitable for Demanding Bonds
The acrylic foam backing and modified acrylic resin give RK 8610 high adhesive strength and good conformability, making it suitable for uneven surfaces and fine bonds where transparency is needed. Its transparent adhesive film keeps bonds visually unobtrusive – important for applications where the field of view should remain clear.

Application Tips
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease.
- Slowly separate the backing from the PE liner and apply evenly.
- If necessary, apply pressure over the entire surface to avoid bubbles.
