Overview of RK 811 double-sided adhesive tape
The Krückemeyer RK 811 double-sided adhesive tape range uses a nonwoven backing and an adhesive based on synthetic rubber. The transparent version makes bonds discreet, suitable for surfaces where the bonded result should remain visible.
At 1,540 mm wide and with a roll length of 100 m, the tape is particularly suitable for series assembly and larger surfaces. A silicone paper liner enables easy handling and secure storage. Its 0.1 mm thickness and 76 mm core contribute to even adhesive distribution.
Applications
This double-sided adhesive tape is suitable for quickly fastening thin and medium-thickness materials to smooth substrates, such as films, housing fronts, profiles or covers. Its nonwoven backing also conforms to uneven surfaces and reduces visible adhesive edges.

Application & practical guidance
- Surface preparation: Clean, dust-free substrates ensure adhesion.
- Preparation: Remove the silicone paper from the upper side and align the backing precisely.
- Application: Press the tape down evenly throughout, avoiding bubbles.
- Final pressure: Firm pressure maximises adhesion and contact.
